Buffering

*As your TV provider i do not have control over buffering this is between you & your internet company & the device you are using only thing we can recommend is tips to minimizing the buffering!

Here are somethings that you can do to help with buffering.

Try switching between wifi bands.

**5ghz** wifi band is faster,

- works best when your device is very close and no walls interfere

- has been proven to be generally intermittent (not preferred option)

**2.4ghz** is the preferred band

- is very stable

- only slightly slower, and can reach the further end of your home

In your app settings change the stream format to HLS and If your using the pro app or back up app change the player settings to Native. Clearing your device of unwanted cache should be a daily maintenance activity. Go to your device settings, apps, find the app you are running, open it and select clear cache. Click force stop also. It helps to shut it down for a brief second.

**Routine maintenance** is strongly recommended at least once to 3 times per week.  Such maintenance includes

- rebooting your device

- rebooting your router

- disconnecting power source from both router and devices for up to 10 minutes.

-buy a j&b enterprise preloaded stream box this way you'll have a hardwire option & better software then your normal firestick or cheap android box

NOTE: If your internet speeds are not above 25 mbps you may not be able to avoid buffering. Call your ISP and request a faster speed. Also if you are streaming on more devices than connections available you will experience extreme buffering. The life of a router has grown increasingly short, and typically should be replaced every 6-12 months (for best results).  . Have a great day!
